M&R's state-of-the-art equipment can plate to substrates such as copper alloys, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and Inconel. Three applications are offered, barrel, vibrating, and rack plating. Pre-plate operations are highly efficient and feature ultrasonic cleaning, acid etch and pickling, followed with coatings in the post-plate operations. M&R prefers to process smaller parts with lengths and widths of up to 10”.

With over 35 years of experience M&R's reject rate is extremely low supported by extensive on-site testing. M&R offers analytical, chemical, bath analysis, thickness, adhesion, solderability, ductibility, and dimensional testing among other options. At M&R precision is key, deposits will be calculated off surface area which is more precise and controlled than other methods.
